On the first Monday of the month I provide you with a movement snack to help you move more and better throughout your day. 

Today I am sharing a way to fire on and strengthen the deep core muscles and pelvic floor.  This can be done seated and will help to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

-an exercise for your pelvic floor
-how to fire on and strengthen the deep core
-how to strengthen the pelvic floor
